Mohammad K. Alawaneh holds a Ph.D. in Learning and Performance Systems/Workforce Education and Development from the PennsylvaniaStateUniversity. His research interest is in theories’ applications of learning and training transfer, developing students' employability skills that needed in the labor market, the relationship between the education and work, embedding technology in learning process, STEM education and curriculum integration, and the role of Career and Technical Education (CTE) in reducing the rate of youth and women unemployment.
