Wpływ sztucznej inteligencji na kryminalistykę. Aspekty techniczne i prawne

Sztuczna inteligencja (AI) przekształca kryminalistykę, zwiększając szybkość i dokładność prowadzonych badań. Celem artykułu jest zbadanie, w jaki sposób AI przyczynia się do ulepszania wybranych dziedzin kryminalistyki, jakie są kierunki regulacji oraz jak silna powinna być symbioza między AI a normami prawnymi. Wyniki badań wskazują, że kryminalistyka ulega znaczącej poprawie dzięki zastosowaniu AI, ale istnieje wysokie ryzyko błędów, jeśli nie są przestrzegane określone zasady. Jedną z najważniejszych zasad jest to, że decyzje w sprawach prawnych nie powinny opierać się wyłącznie na AI i zawsze konieczna jest weryfikacja wniosków przez eksperta. W zakresie regulacji AI istnieje międzynarodowy konsensus, że przepisy dotyczące AI powinny zapewniać przejrzystość, ochronę praw człowieka, bezpieczeństwo oraz odpowiedzialność. Państwa jednak różnią się w podejściu do stopnia rygorystyczności tych regulacji w zależności od swoich interesów. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, przeprowadzone badania dowodzą, że pomimo istniejących zagrożeń wykorzystanie AI w kryminalistyce jest bardzo istotne, dlatego należy podjąć wszelkie niezbędne działania, aby zapewnić jej stosowanie w jak najlepszych warunkach, umożliwiając jednocześnie dalszy rozwój AI.
